The Inn Down Town Terms & Conditions

Welcome! We’re glad you’re considering a stay with us. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review our hotel’s terms and conditions below. Please note, we are not staffed at the property at all times and do not have a front desk. You will receive self check-in instructions prior to your arrival. 

๐Ÿ•’ Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: 3:00 PM

  • Check-out: 11:00 AM
  • Self Check-In Only: We are boutique, not big chain hotel. You will receive instructions via email of your self check-in experience prior to your arrival.
    Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.
  • ๐Ÿ“… Cancellation Policy ??????

    Cancellations made 7 or more days before arrival:
  • Deposit will be refunded, minus a 20% service fee (or $50, whichever is greater).
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival:
  • Deposit is non-refundable.
  • Reservations made through third-party booking sites:
  • Fully non-refundable
  • No exceptions can be made.


๐Ÿšญ No Smoking

To maintain a fresh and healthy environment for all guests, our hotel is 100% smoke-free. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and e-cigarettes.
A cleaning fee of up to $250 will be charged for any evidence of smoking inside rooms. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.


๐Ÿพ No Pets Policy

We do not allow pets in the hotel. Service animals are always welcome, in accordance with ADA regulations.

๐Ÿงน Cleaning & Damage Fees

Standard cleaning is included with your stay. However, additional fees may apply in cases of:
Excessive mess or spills or animals

  • Damage to hotel property
  • Missing items

Please be aware that bed linen and towels should be placed where they were originally found. The bed linen and towels are NOT gifts and should remain in the apartment. 

We appreciate your help in keeping our rooms clean and cared for.

๐Ÿ‘ฅ Occupancy Limits

Please ensure the number of guests in your room does not exceed the posted limit. This helps us maintain safety and comfort for all.

Group trips are fun! When booking, keep maximum occupancy rules in mind- two people max for rooms with a single bed (Queen or King) and four people max for rooms with multiple beds. Got babies? We’ve got pack-and-play and cribs available upon request, subject to availability.


๐Ÿ”‡ Guest Conduct

We ask all guests to respect quiet hours and be mindful of others during their stay. Disruptive behavior may result in early termination of the reservation without refund.

๐Ÿงณ Liability Disclaimer

The hotel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal items. We recommend keeping valuables secure during your stay.

Safety cameras are used throughout the premises, and anyone on our property may be recorded.

By booking a reservation with us, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you have any questions or special requests, our front desk team is happy to assist.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel, we understand. We will refund your deposit minus a 20% service fee (or $50, whichever is more) as long as you give us at least 7 days’ notice before your arrival.
Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Please note: Reservations made through third-party booking sites are non-refundable, and unfortunately, we’re unable to make exceptions to this policy.
